Questions about Infinitives
Q: Why is it he hablado and not he hablar?
Infinitives (like hablar, salir, vender, etc.) never follow the auxiliary haber.
Q: Why is it quiero hablar contigo and NOT quiero habla contigo?
You usually do not have two conjugated verbs in a row. The second one should be in the infinitive.
