Questions

Q: Why is it Ella está ablando correct and NOT Ella está hablanda?

R: The present participle is a verb form that does not agree in gender with the subject. Only words that modify a noun (adjectives and determiners) will agree in gender with the noun.

Q: Why is it Estudio español en la universidad and NOT Estoy estudiando español en la universidad?

R: The present progressive in Spanish is used only to describe actions that are ongoing or unfolding at the moment of speech, so unless the subject is actually reading their Spanish text, you cannot use the progressive to describe the habitual act of studying, you must use the present.
